Should the Universal Declaration be enforced or should the minorities conform to the dominant culture?

I totally agree with the universal declaration statements about minority rights. Minority rights are the usual individual rights of racial, ethnic, class, religious, linguistic, or sexual minority members, as well as the collective rights given to minority groups. Every group of people has some customs, traditions, and their own way of life. These lifestyles are not just their customs but also their emotions and feelings.

Suppose we see in India, Muslims are minor on that territory. This is mainly a Hindu majority country and most of them cannot tolerate and allow to follow minor’s customs and traditions. From international mass media, we saw minors of India, especially Muslims faces insults, eradication of dignity, and torture just because of following their own customs like EID-UL-FITOR. This is a violation of human rights at an extreme level.

To protect human rights on 10 December 1948 in Paris, The United Nations General Assembly proclaimed The Universal Declaration Statement. In that statement used as a common standard of achievement for all people and all nations. That year it was the first time fundamental human rights were written and translated to 500 languages.

Now, let me explain why I agree with this statement of minority rights. According to my opinion, I consider something as ethical or justified when I put myself in the context and then think if it seems ok to me or I feel sorry. I emphasize the multiple perspectives all the time. If we focus on the Indian cow-related problem that is happening right now as we speak. Where many minority Muslims for UP state kill in the name of saving cow. This is happening because in the Hindu religion people believe that cows are sacred animals. Some of the political leaders from that state of India also influencing this kind of inhuman activity towards minority Muslims. This kind of behavior is not only cruel but also violates many rules of the Universal Declaration. By applying these rules we can stop this kind of cruel activity that took place towards Muslims in the name of saving cow. Over the years many so-called cows saving vigilantes brought to justice by these minority rules and many politicians from India also receiving backlash from the international community. For example 2016 in the US parliament, many senators raise their voices about this minority Muslim killing and inforcing India to take action.

My main point of view for supporting the Universal declaration statements about a minority is the human right. If something violates human rights then I do not support that. According to this point of view, If I see that a minority’s customs violate another one’s human right then that not should be allowed to preserve. Suppose Shati Daho was a practice in the Hindu community. They thought this is their group’s right to practice but we can not allow this to preserve. We all should respect people’s emotion and feelings and must allow them to practice their tradition but that also should be criticized if it a
